Jin ;-; Jin please come back 😭😭😭😭 I know he’s alive but he was on the brink of death and where did Ai take him? He’s my second favorite to Haruo. The way he tries to distance himself and stop himself from caring about those around him in the violent world the Kagemoris are in hurts so bad.

I was also extremely worried for Haruo when he ran into Ivan. If he died, I would’ve crashed out. Like, he would not have stood a chance in a fight against Ivan. But he is okay 👍 The hope he continues to have in bringing Akio back kills me though.

Gonzo 😭😭😭 I wasn’t super interested in him, but he was so accepting of bringing people like Jin, Asa, and Asuma’s mother into the Kagemori family and accepting them. And he spent his last moments keeping Misasagi from fully killing Jin SOB. Him being gone just extrapolates the helpless position the Kagemoris are in after the attack.

Asa still blaming herself and thinking she does not belong with the Kagemoris :((((( but also how they continually show they think of her as family. And how bothered Gabby is by Asa’s behavior because of how protective she is of her too.

I hope Asa and Yuru can find their parents ;-; and that this story ends with them finding a place they can belong and attain something at least close to that ordinary life they want even if they don’t

Seeing Haruo sad hurts me so much and a lot of that happens after Akio's betrayal. I feel like he externally shows it the most of his siblings. I think his reaction of wanting Akio to be forgiven even though it's not possible is very telling too.

Also, if Bunbun died in the explosion of Akio's tsugai, I was going to strangle someone.
