Hyperkitkat anon again, and yes they absolutely are raging war against each other when princess walks into the room
Anyways more headcannons, probably of how they met (in a more AU version i suppose)
Katana already knew and liked Hyper before Medkit, so one time when they were out drinking they ended up running into Medkit at the same bar after he escaped and ran away from the cult for good
Katana recognized the cultwear and Hyperlaser recognized a blackrockian, so they were both on edge immediately while Medkit was worried about why these two guys were giving him MAJOR side eyes
Katana confronted Med, expecting a fight and Med just gives up, if he was going to be caught at least it wasn't by the church
The two pity med (wet cat core) and so he sort of hangs out at Katana's place for a bit until the cult gets off his tail, Hyper is more hesitant on getting to know Medkit but since Katana is comfortable why not.
Hyper and Med become pretty good friends (they both hate Subspace/Blackrock as a whole, silent stoic type [all three of them are tbh], probably cat people) and they're the two who come together and agree on the fact they've fallen for the bbom (big buff old man) (Katana)
Naturally they form a plan together and then yay polycule!!!! They love their 6 foot pillow and Katana loves his two husbands very much and they live happily ever after
ah yes I sure do love me some side eyes from people who wear face obscuring masks… /j
Idk if poly ships is okay with you but I'd like to know your thoughts on HyperKitKat 👀 theyre such a strange trio considering their large differences. And also because of Katana's history with the church and Medkit's current affiliation with it, as well as Hyperlaser's possible view on Medkit.

Okay, unsure if anyone has mentioned this one yet, but Hyperkitkat (Hyperlaser, Medkit, Katana).
I myself am a Hypertana shipper at heart, but the Katana in my brain has a crush on a Medkit so i figured hey! Why the hell not?
Med and Hyper LOVE hanging around Katana in general. For Hyper I think petting Katana's feathers is a very specific sensory experience that calms him down since his body is covered in burns, and for Medkit he's so very understimulated autism core he just wants Katana to crush him like a weighted blanket
They all like having tea over at Katana's place, though it's an unspoken rule to never talk about lost temple unless it's absolutely required (Katana gets protective over Medkit whenever he talks about his job.)
Katana likes making/wearing little charms for the two, he wears a cat bell with a dark blue thread on his left horn (for Hyper) and a cowbell on his right horn with teal rope (for Medkit)
