Dean has been trying to get Ash’s attention for what feels like the last five minutes. “Hey-” finally he’d lost the grip on his frustration “Look at me when I’m talking to you” and Ash had.... what? Come out of some sort of spell? 

He’s worried for about half a second until he hears the tone of Ash’s voice. Until he hears sir and his entire body goes rigid. Wow. Was not expecting that. Jaw tenses and his focus becomes slightly more predatory. 

Whatever’s going on with Ash he wants to see if he can get that blush to really bloom. 

“Sir huh?” he pauses to look at Ash more carefully and he seems fine.
