Am I grasping as straws, or was Victor showing some jealousy in today's Shine ep?

Oh, he totally was. 100%.

He was not gonna let go of Trin until Tanwa forced him to, basically.

And instantly went in on glaring at Tanwa.

He definitely wanted to keep Trin with them and not let him go with Tanwa. Now, why? Could be jealousy, could be a kind of possessiveness, could just be that he doesn't like Tanwa... but I think he was at least a little jealous.

Especially when he tried to go after Trin and Tanwa stopped him. That was a moment but also a moment that, for me, said that Victor might be a wee bit right to be jealous because Tanwa was definitely possessive in a way he didn't need to be otherwise.

But yes. I do think he was jealous and is starting to really like having Trin's attention and debate and maybe more.

(Or I'm totally wrong and I'm fine with that.)

These images have got me so curious. Obviously the first one makes sense, it’s not the first time we’ve seen art of Shadow Milk puppeteering Pure Vanilla, it’s in character! But the second one…I really wish we could get a higher quality version of it, because I’m confused. Sure, it could just be “look PV defeated him yadayada” (and I’m thinking way too much about concept art for a convention in Korea) but the vibe is just not like him.

Also, why show all this art and parallels between PV and SM if it’s not going to mean something. It feels like a build up. In beast yeast episode 2, we get to see how Shadow Milk can talk to Pure Vanilla through the soul jam, imitating his voice, affecting his thoughts. That wasn’t even SM at full power, he didn’t even have a proper physical form.

This is kind of a follow up to my post here, and while I’m not completely sure myself about what the deal with the costumes are, I stand by my idea of some kind of body swap/possession/mind control…something happening.
