It's wack what happened with Skybound Wishes. I was just writing it as a self indulgent exploration of Breath of the Wild's characters, and then I accidentally did plot and here we are. And people like it??? Insane.

The even MORE wild thing is that the 9 chapters that are currently complete were NOT supposed to be like this. When I was thinking about fic ideas, I was going to have the pre-Calamity Ganon fight stuff be really short. This makes things EXTRA FUN though, because now I get to make the fic even LONGER in the end.

I just think the fic writing process is really cool. My "outline" is just ideas I think of. I don't actually have the story fully charted out all the time, and things always end up changing as I go. Wolf Link was supposed to be a gag and now has a reason for being there. The Saki and Teba adoption thing was actually spur of the moment. It's just so fun to be writing, think "hey that'd be cool", do it, and then people are on board.

Fanfic writing is so cool. I love this shit.
