like i actually had the opportunity to talk english during 11th grade and still didn't... i spent the majority of my time with a friend from 12th who only spoke english to everyone 'cause that was her first language and the one she preferred, she understood spanish pretty well but still didn't speak the language. so yeah she only spoke to me in english and instead of me replying in english to practice maybe, (which she also suggested), i continued to reply to her in spanish orz
