i just wanted to post this to appreciate zeno because this guy has such a heartbreaking backstory and i literally cried reading it but hes still one of the most joyful and one of the kindest characters in this series despite how cruel the world is to him, hes never cruel back. the fact that he couldnt even die and meet his loved ones in the next life was just so sad especially since he just had to watch them die and move on and it just made me really sad. it also kind of shows how horrid immortal life is, many people wish to live forever but if we all lived forever, what would the point of death be?
