I uhhh, I put this on the discord but it felt like too good of a theory/rant to waste 😭

So like, I know we haven't seen nearly enough of the Phantom Dimensions creatures and creepy crawlers to necessarily have a clear idea, but how does sizing work for the phantom dimensions weird forms of life??

Phantoms seem at least somewhat normal. Definitely taller than average, or at least taller than average compared to the teenagers. Though maybe the height just varies with them? I haven't exactly kept a keen eye, but they seem normal given the fact they are meant to be a counterpart to humans.

However, with creatures like the centipede, that's way taller than whatever can be considered average. And I don't think I've ever noticed bugs being an issue for the kids. Like not even one line from my memory? If there was any mention, it was likely in earlier chapters and was a line easy to overlook.

Which, given the fact they are consistently and constantly outside or having windows open?? Seems kind of suspicious to me 🤷

So because that centipede was enormous and there appears to be a lack of bugs, what about usually big animals? Like bears, are they smaller than average? Is there this weird backwards logic on how animals in the Phantom Dimension function?

Or is this possibly a result of human animals being tested on and thrown into the rift and then the phantom dimension turning genetically modified insect or animals, such as the centipede, into these monster like creatures that torment the beloved six?

I swear I could back this up with time (and crumbs) if I sifted through the first season again, for now I suppose this is all just a question and theory with no answer 😔💔

Or maybe Red just made the centipede big for theatrics and I'm quite literally grabbing at the air.

HOWEVER!!! If it was true and the phantom dimension followed one of these theories, are the kids going to find out and be able to either reverse genetic modifications OR generally handle the sizing of the phantom creatures differently?

I dunno!

So iyk me yk I have a hard time putting my thoughts into coherent words so bear with me here

The Lemon Family: a family of nobles in the Hollyberry Kingdom, consisting of the parents (no concrete names yet), Lemon Meringue (eldest daughter), and the Lemon twins Zest (she/her) and Zinger (he/him)

Mother is the one with the noble blood, but she couldn’t help but fall in love with this kind mild mannered humble cookie who is her husband now (idk where he came from before this. A bookseller?? Smithy??? Help me). Because of this she had been raised with high standards and has passed down those expectations to her children. Very strict and rare-smiling, but just has a hard time being able to show her feelings. She runs around dealing with social things in the Hollyberry Palace, taking care of planning large events and such

Because of this it leaves the mother little time to actually be around the kids, and so the eldest (Lemon Meringue) is basically the one who takes care of her younger siblings. Strong headed and prideful, she is a very capable young cookie who is head over heels for Knight Cookie (unfortunately completely oblivious, think of Candace and Jeremy from Phineas and Ferb lmao). She loves to play a damsel in distress but when the need arises she can pack a punch. And because her mother is in good ties with the Hollyberry Family she is pretty close friends with Princess Cookie. A very blunt and clean character, she acts like a second mother to the people she cares about

The Lemon twins though, Zest and Zinger, are a very devious duo. Biggest pranksters in the whole kingdom, they love to get their hands dirty and then get away with it by using their child cuteness (“whaaat? Us???? Never!” they say as they hold a bucket of paint behind them). Zest, the sister, is the most chaotic one between the two, but only by a few hairs. Doing before thinking, she’s a mischievous little one who loves a good laugh. Zinger, the brother, is the calculating brain behind the pranks, thinking how best to soak tourists on their way to the kingdom. The only person that can ever thwart their plans is their big sister who keeps them in check. They do love teasing her about her crush on Knight Cookie, unsubtly dropping hints in front of them or putting their big sister in Situations. Though they are the ONLY ones who are allowed to prank her. If they hear you did something to their big sis, you better watch yourself for a solid week that they’ll be pranking you for
