what was supposed to be a very quick birdcage-paper-change-and-vacuum turned into a two hour deep clean session and now I’ve vacuumed under every piece of furniture I can conveniently move and have eliminated several Piles that had been nagging at me for ages now and I feel Very Accomplished

Procrastinated writing so hard, I ended up cleaning my entire apartment. The place is now so clean, it looks like I live in a catalogue. It looks like I’m trying to sell it. It is fucking perfect. I feel like I don’t even live here anymore.

I had planned on getting a jump on homework today, but did not.  However, I did get a bunch of habitat unfucking done, so the day wasn’t a complete wash.  At least there are no longer piles of stuff everywhere.

100 Facts About Me #51

I really love having a reason to clean my room until it's almost sparkling (which i have right now bc my mom's visiting and also heather's coming over tomorrow). Like ugh it's just so much fun to do and the satisfaction of a job well done is the best. Also i organized my closet again and now all of the clothes are in order by color. It's beautiful ;~;

One hour, fifteen mintues. Is that enough time to dig a secret hole under my desk and fill it with blankets and pillows so I can sleep peacefully while hiding from the nothingness that is my work? I suppose we shall see.
