what is with the scholarships not specifically stating grade requirements. what do you mean you want 8A’s. well i have different A’s. which one are you referring to? can you also stop being a douchebag by flat out saying i don’t meet your minimum requirements after thoroughly drafting an essay for hours? good lord i will burn these websites down

This morning brings an attempt at trying to progress at job applications, also known as: self confidence where are you you know you could do these jobs you just need to prove it!

more thoughts: my job title / job description being woefully out of date and not describing what i spend my days doing really ain’t helping here. also, it’s one of those highly specialised weird combo roles where I’ve grabbed a half dozen things that weren’t being done in the department and made them mine, and therefore most of my experience doesn’t match one-to-one for what other people are looking for.

Not motivated to apply to jobs because I get 0 feedback/rarely get an answer. It's like...if there was some intermittent positive reinforcement (like if I heard back a fraction of the time) I would be more likely to apply more often!! See, I know psych things HIIIIIRE MEEEE
