#i knit #and use sign language #and work in a kitchen #so my hands have dealt with their fair share of repetitive motion #and because of that im in pain. all the time #well its not quite pain #its like uncomfortable numbness throughout my hand but sometimes accompanied by a sharp pain in my wrist #its rough and its only gotten worse #so im looking around for something thatll help #because ibuprofen doesnt really do it for me #but all the gels and stuff for this type of pain are hella expensive #i cant spend $50 for this shit #well #guess ill suffer #:(
