synopsis: a place where 24 trainees will be out to the test to see who will debut in 2020. How will 18 year old Lana Song, compete against 23 other boys and 1 other girl striving towards the same goal?

The robotic voice echoes out again voicing out that they have two hours now left to make their final decisions on who to vote off. It meant now that everyone had to vote for 3 people to be eliminated. Lana felt her uneasiness come back. How on earth was she going to choose 3 people to eliminate? she hated this.
Lana finds herself following behind Heesung and tagging along with him. The group of trainees walked around i-land, getting to know their environment. When Lana was in the kitchen she says to Heesung "I know this is gonna be the place where I'll be the most", which makes him laugh.
And then their pictures popped up and Lana had to stop herself from making a disgusted face when seeing her photo, but you can tell from her cringed expression what she was thinking exactly.
There was only space for 13 contestants. There was 13 cups. 13 chairs. 13 pair of utensils. 13 pairs of shirts, pants, shoes, and accessories.
Lana mentally made a promise to herself that she had to maintain her spot every single round. The trainees then sat down in the living room, talking about what they have been thrown in. Lana was seen sitting in between Heesung and Niki.
"Since our ultimate goal is make the best team, we should vote for the 1 members that fit the ideal image of the group when we each think about it objectively, don't you think?" Seon mentions to everyone. Who the hell made him the leader? Lana looks around the room trying to see everyone else's expressions to see if they felt the same way about how Seon as well. The camera very much catches Lana's annoyed expression and the way she was side eyeing Seon.
Lana wasn't exactly sure why she didn't like Seon, but usually she was always right about her gut instincts, so she knew that she wasn't going to bother in getting to know the guy, plus she thought his performance was beyond average, nothing special.
"When choosing who to vote out, I'm looking at their performances from what I saw today" Lana says to the camera and then when she was asked about who fits her standards to be in a group with her, she says "Heesung. Jay and Sunghoon also caught my attention, but that's probably because they sung an NCT song"
When Jay was asked who he wanted to be in his group "Lana has a really cool aura about her. She's always been like that"
Heesung also mentioned that he wanted to be in a group with Lana
K mentions to the camera "although I think Lana is very talented and so is Nari, I think I'll be voting them off cause I'm not sure how I feel about debuting in a co-ed group"
After the clips of the members expressing their desires on who they wanted to be on a team with, it showed Seon leading Heesung to where the coffee machine was. Lana at the time was grabbing juice from the fridge and overheard snippets of their conversation.
"I really want to be on the same team as you" she hears Seon saying to Heesung and Lana really couldn't help but roll her eyes at him
Lana watches as Seon walked around the room, talking to the younger contestants saying the same and trying to ease his way to their good graces. She really didn't like how much of a stuck up he was to everyone. And she also couldn't help but wonder why he didn't even bother trying to stuck up to her sexist piece of shit
Lana decides to head towards Jay and Sunghoon and gestures to them "you two better not vote me off, I'm watching you" and then walks off. Jay and Sunghoon exchange a look with each other
"was she threatening us?" Jay asks Sunghoon laughing "yah, Lana come back here!"
"what do you want?" Lana asks side eyeing Jay
"why would we vote you off?" Jay asks her
She keeps side eyeing him "cause you didn't vote for Nari for the entry test"
This confuses Jay "So? what's that got to do with you? I literally voted for you"
"You did?" Lana chirps but then goes back to squinting angrily at him "but you didn't vote for Nari, we're kind of a package"
Jay found this amusing "Oh really now? did you vote for both Sunghoon and I?"
"Yeah obviously I did, who do you think I am?" Lana asks offended by Jay's question and this seemed to satisfy Jay
"Speaking of Nari though, I don't think she likes me" Sunghoon now says and Lana raises her eyebrows at this
"That's cause you called her Nabi" Jay points out and Lana covers her mouth to stop herself from laughing
"No wonder why she doesn't like you, that kind of stuff really gets to her" Lana says to him
"I didn't do it on purpose, I'm really bad with names!" Sunghoon defends
"she'll get over it eventually, don't worry" Lana tells him patting his arm dramatically
"You said you and Nari are a package but I've rarely seen you two together since we've gone up here" Jay now says and now Lana was back to glaring at him
"And what's it to you stalker?" Lana asks and Sunghoon can't help but laugh at this
"Just pointing it out" Jay shrugs
"It's none of your concern, you didn't vote for her anyway" Lana says disapprovingly to him
"We will now begin the voting that will determine the 12-ilanders who will stay. Niki, please head to the decision room" the robotic voice says now
"Oh, so that's how we are doing it? okay" Lana says to no one in particular and then asks Jay and Sunghoon "Who are you guys voting off?"
"Wouldn't you like to know?" Jay teases
"Um yeah I would? that's why I literally asked? ugh you're so annoying" Lana then says storming off giving Jay another glare and making sure he saw. Jay just watches her in amusement, tilting his head but Sunghoon was even more amused
"Ahhh you two are funny" Sunghoon says happily shaking his head
"Why doesn't she like me?" Jay questions quietly
"I don't think it's that" Sunghoon responds with a small smirk on his face
Lana felt so scared as she made her way to the decision room. Lana hated every second of when she was contemplating who to vote off but she knew it was something that had to be done. In the end she voted off Seon, Sungchul, Taki and Youngbin
"I'm so sorry" she apologies under her breath as finalised her votes
"I was so scared when doing this. In the back of my head I know there was a chance that I could get voted off but I also wasn't a fan of voting others off" Lana says to the camera.
The next scene then shows Nari voting Lana off.
When the eliminated participants were being revealed, Nari didnt have the heart to watch. Lana keeps her head looking down onto the ground
"Kim Sunoo" gets announced to be voted off and Lana's head snaps up in confusion. The screen shows that 10 people voted him off and Lana looks around the room in shock. Why would they vote him off? he was so good?
"Taki" Lana couldn't help but notice the way Taki and Niki were looking at each other when that announced. What was going on there?
"Lee Nari" now Lana and Nari made eye contact. Lana felt herself go cold from the way Nari was looking at her. Did she think I voted her off? I would never do that
Youngbin and Sungchul also get voted off afterwards.
"Those who have been eliminated, please move to the GROUND now "
Lana felt herself heart shrink. Although she didn't get eliminated she still felt guilty, she voted for three of those boys to be eliminated. And she couldn't help but feel bad for Nari even though she didn't vote her off.
She watched as Sunoo left the place with a smile on his face and she couldn't help but pout at this. She couldn't wait until he came back so that she could become closer with him. Why the fuck was Seon not voted off? why were these guys so blind?
"Let's work hard! 1,2,3! I-LAND!" the 13 of them shouted after the ones voted off went to the GROUND.
It was now time to choose roommates. Lana wanted to be in the same room as Heesung and saw that Sunghoon was also going to be in that room but then saw that Seon was also in that room so she knew that was a no. She didn't really know K or Youngbin that well despite liking Jake. She ended up deciding to go into the room with Jay, Daniel and Niki because Daniel reminded her of her younger brother, she liked Jay well enough, and plus she wanted to get to know Niki more.
For the remainder Lana is seen in the practice room with the rest of the contestants watching Sunghoon show off his figure skating skills.
"Sunghoon you need to take me ice skating so you can teach me how to spin, watch" Lana says to him excitedly and then showing Sunghoon imitating how she will spin. He laughed at the girl who was quickly becoming his friend.

I don't want ENHYPEN to disband but seeing them getting so overworked and exhausted… like they have saesangs all around them, even during their weverse live and the company does nothing plus the unnecessary hate they get- they should've been on a hiatus after the company made heeseung leave the group, and so should've heeseung himself but they all were attending fancalls and festivals without a break. I cannot imagine how exhausted and tired they are… and now they are on a world tour and preparing for the world tour hadn't been easy for them too because according to me, making heeseung seperating his ways from the group was last minute decision and there are more than enough proofs of it. THEY ALL LOOKED SO HAPPY TOGETHER ON THE LAST EPISODE OF EN O'CLOCK… TT
I became an engene during the romance untold era and now suddenly… only one year is left for disbandment…. I don't want them to disband but they have been going through a lot these days and from the past too… they deserve a better company…
