He should identify himself as ‘a mess’ at this point. Cis male who is completely asexual but can easily enjoy sex. Act itself simply isn’t about sexual pleasure for him and fulfills his different needs. He would like to claim himself to be aromantic but he found himself catching complicated feelings for one Avenger.
Mycroft in life would name himself cis male aromantic but since Elder entity posses your body it’s really hard to percieve yourself in such categories. Once overtaken, he would switch to ‘we’ pronouns. It’s said his heart, indeed, is made of ice - though perhaps he simply was too focused on saving his brother to notice others in life.

As a Elijah, he simply uses he/his without much thought, as he took upon a form of male human. Obviously, in his true form, as an angel, there isn’t such concept as gender or sexuality for Sandalphon, stripped from humane concepts.
Gender is a weapon, sexuality is a free real estate. They never bothered to name themeselves anything else than ‘Enkidu, divine weapon’. Physically, they also are able to bend their body as they pleases.
