Whatever direction Marissa Meyer goes with Maggie when the sequel series is released, I really hope she gives her character a lot of thought

I just, putting aside everything I've theorized, headcanons and interpreted from the books about her, Maggie is just so interesting and mysterious when you think about it

There really isn't any other character that gets the same amount of attention but not actual attention like she does

From the hints and foreshadowing leading up to the reveal she's Evie, to how we get little bits and snippets about her

We meet her when she crashes into Nova to steal her bracelet, and the audience doesn't KNOW she's trying to steal her bracelet until a few moments later. We don't KNOW what her upbringing was like and when we do get clues and characters talk about it (Adrian) it's vague cuz why would Nova need to know the details? Why would WE need to know, WE DONT KNOW she's EVIE

And the audience doesn't need to know details about other minor characters but when they do they come back as a plot relevant thing and while YES Maggie does play a role in the plot, these clues are so much more significant by the end with the epilogue

And I just find it interesting how much of Maggie's character is just that. Clues, hints, foreshadowing, and by the end we get MORE but it's still not EVERYTHING

Idk where I was going with this- RIGHT MARISSA MEYER I neeeeeeeeddd this to all be intentional For a character with so much mystery that, granted, did pay off a littllleee but by revealing she's Evie, I think it added EVEN MORE questions to her that I want good answers for. I want her to continue to be well thought out and tie into other characters arcs even more in the next continuation
