Anyone else ever randomly think of something someone said to them years ago? One time, my ex asked me what size shirt I wore bc he wanted to pick one up for me since he was going someplace. I told him and he paused then said, “huh, didn’t think you were that big. Okay.” And while he didn’t say it in a derogatory manner it made me SO damn self conscious, which he knew I already was.
