Deserted Bench
I walked around the area with our visitor taking in the sights and the sounds of the surrounding area, only to become quickly lost within my own thoughts. Before me stood the outdoor theater that stood sullen and empty. The bench long deserted, until the next round of summer plays, showed its age as the elements took hold each year. Maintenance would soon start to repair the bench to the grandeur…
