heyy this is my animation final project from this year, even tho my school didnt showed me how to do jack shit with flash... I wanted to do it with it anyways, im going to tag @alakamame and @srpelo because these two teached me how to use flash and helped me a lotta bunch so very thank you, this videoclip would had sucked even more if it wasnt for your help. Anyways the song is Sleeping Awake from Mother Mother and I hope ya like it

Some incredible advice and a sense of hope coming from that interview. It was posted a while ago but I’ve come across it only now and I really want to share it. Maybe someone will find it just as inspiring as I did.

Decided I can wear my favorite ring again and not feel weird over it. Because I'm wearing it now as a promise to myself to never let someone consume my everything to that extent. So that is to say; to strengthen the relationship to myself. I know now to always take care of myself first and know my limits and boundaries. What I can do. What I can't do. And to try not to be so impulsive with what i say.

Art rant...

Does it sometimes seem like all the good stuff, all the happy lil groups, are in plastic bubbles...

and they're nice and open and welcoming, but they don't realize that you're outside the bubble and can't get in, so they just keep saying, "Give it a try!" and turning back to what they were doing while you run again and again at the bubble and can't pass through. When they turn around, you've given up and walked away and they figure you had something you wanted to do more, shrug, and go back to their happiness...

A bit dramatic, but that's how I feel after hearing people talk about working in a really cool place that they got into just by presenting a portfolio back in high school, but all the jobs listings for the place require so many things you'll never have... All you can do is work on your skills but it seems like no matter how good you get, you won't fulfill the requirements the way a bunch of other people have, and they can all draw just as well as you can, maybe better, so why even try?

Maybe my only chance was to devote my life to it in my 20s and it's too late, I'll maybe manage to be a local hero and settle in some burgh that sells one favorite drawing of mine on all their t-shirts...

*sobs messily*

The funny thing is all the people, usually ones who don't draw, look at your work and say you're great, you should totally work for Disney, you should do something with that, you should... you should... you should...
