Here we go. 101 days late, but still in celebration of our 2000th joke!
As an aside, I came to a realization this week. I restrict myself from telling some jokes because of the nature of the pony world. Princess Celestia does not have hands, or wear regular shoes, so I don’t tell jokes about those things.
However, Vice Principal Luna DOES have hands, and wear regular shoes.
Expect to see her make appearances from time to time, as I expand my joke capacity in the future!
It’s been 25 days since the last bit of Stargirl news, 32 days since Stargirl S3 wrapped, 59 days since the BTS Stargirl podcast came out, and 171 days since S2 ended, but who’s counting!!!
The Things We Do (Chapter 37: Ok, Who Cares that You Are a Terrorist? I Love You and that Makes You Innocent)
first previous next
Less than an hour after the akuma attack Adrien was readmitted into the hospital for third degree burns. Gabriel Agreste was arrested for terrorism and was waiting for his trial.
But when Marinette woke up the next morning, it was like nothing had changed.
Her parents had come back to Paris the night before so they were still sleeping. There was still school today, but the world wouldn’t end if Marinette skipped. She wanted- no, needed- to go see Adrien.
She left a note on the fridge saying where she was going before she left, barely remembering to grab some breakfast.
Marinette went straight to the receptionist when she got to the hospital and asked for Adrien’s room. The lady gave her a stern look and was about to say something when she froze and gave her the room number.
Marinette bit her lip. The lady must have realized this was Ladybug standing in front of her.
“Make it quick,” the lady muttered, turning her attention back to her computer.
Marinette walked up the stairs and went into the right hallway. Eventually she saw the right number. She frowned when she saw the cop standing outside of the door.
“Everything okay?” Marinette asked.
The cop didn’t respond.
The door opened and Alya stuck her head outl “Oh, good. You are here.” Alya grabbed Marinette’s arm and dragged her inside.
Adrien was sleeping. The only other person there was Nino. His brows were knitted together in concern.
“Have you heard yet?” Nino asked.
Did my tally and I’ve published approximately 79000 words of fic for 2021.
I feel like that’s a significant drop from previous years, but what are you gonna do. It’s still a novel’s worth of words, which if you ask me, is a feat
