To explain better, Sasuke COULD BE femboy if he wanted. If he picked up makeup and wore softer clothes like Haku, people would eat it up.

But he doesn't, his dressing is very much masculine like Naruto's. Well I'd say "neutral" but it's what people perceive as masculine anyway. He also speaks rather rudely, but his fighting style and movements (and the way Kishimoto presents him in illustrations) are graceful while Naruto's are more brash. Sasuke seems to care about clothes somewhat since he changes his fit more than other characters but he likes rather simple and clean style. Which is why it amuses me whenever I see merchandise where he is wearing really peacocky clothes. I'm thinking who made him wear that. But then again Naruto also looks odd when he's wearing those type of clothes too.

As someone who just got into tennis these are my fav moments to witness (a non comprehensive list):

When they take out the Little Smallest Mixed Nuts Tupperwares (looks like they're in kindergarten having a snack)

Coaches gripping their racquets on the grandstands

When they take out a fistful of four to five racquets from the bag (how many do you have???? How big is the bag???????)

When they take off the clear casing on the grip (very satisfying sound mm)

Shelton and Alcaraz serves (first is power, the second's poetry)

Sinner forehands

When someone gets hurt and the other jumps over the net to check on them

When f1 drivers attend the match

Seeing them smile at each other after a hard-fought point (like, "look at the magic we made together")

Passing shots

Learning how each player builds up the serve

How the crowd starts quiet and gets rowdier as the match gets more tense

Learning about the big four. Looking back on their matches with awe (honorable mention for the nostalgia factor of the video/photo quality)

Its probably been done before but I really want to write a Camp Hawkins Slasher AU, kind of like The Quarry

The older kids are the counsellors, younger kids are the campers, Vecna/Henry is the threat, Hopper is the owner, Joyce is the organiser/team lead (and also the on hand medic, Steve assists sometimes, but everyone always feels better after a trip to Joyce's)

I'm thinking Steve's the guy who has worked there for a few years, he's known, he's good with the kids, Robin's somewhat new, but she resonates with the nerds, Nancy is stricter with the rules but the kids think she's cool because she teaches the archery classes, Jonathan runs a lot of the art groups, he sets up movie nights with projectors for the kids, Billy does the sports stuff, everyone thinks he's a hardass and they tend to listen to Chrissy more, Eddie's the fun one, some of the more preppy kids think he's weird, but everyone enjoys his larp sessions and the younger ones find him engaging, he used to go to the camp and sort of never aged out of it, since he needs to go somewhere in the summer, Hopper just gave him a jacket and he shows up, Argyle is the chill one, often running classes with Jonathan but also does meditation and nature walks, kids come to him when they're anxious, he's like a legitimate counsellor for them, Chrissy does sports stuff too, but also dance classes and she loves running the talent shows, Hopper does all of the admin and security, Joyce writes the schedules and sorts out the food

They think the injuries and deaths are wolves or some other animal to begin with, Hopper keeps it to himself and Joyce and they set up traps. They don't realise the kids discover the body of a hiker themselves and start working on it too, stories are swapped around the camp about werewolves and axe murderers, about Aliens and portals to hell, a girl walks out of the woods edge covered in blood and dirt during one of their bonfires seemingly out of nowhere

Archi Musings

Was working on some stuff and I started idly thinking about the threads from dao they managed to pull through all the way to datv despite how close they were to getting something different. Spoilers for datv below obviously.

Like how the dark ritual choice was a stroke of luck in terms of the resolution we got in dai but Gaider wanted to have that resolution for previous players. I'm really glad that it focused on Morrigan and not Kieran. [Source]

But then I was also just like admiring how Morrigan becoming the next Mythal vessel was one of the dao threads they managed to pull through. In dai, regardless of the dark ritual status Flemeth always puts something in the eluvian. And we know from the game files that it was intended to be Morrigan, that there was at one point in development an iteration where we got to see the moment that Morrigan talks about in datv.

Which I think is a really nice thing to honor a fragment of that vision and pulling it through. I'm a sap for that kind of stuff though.

Another dao thing I appreciate them pulling through is the original archdemon design - back when they were eldritch horrors and not dragons - into Ghilan'nain's design. We saw it on the Falon'din statue, and is one of the firsts hints at the connections between the old gods and the Evanuris.

I have thoughts on the Crows, but I'm just musing on appreciation of lore and things they carried through the series. But I really liked how they leaned into the history of the crows of being more than what Zevran made them, how they did start as essentially vigilantes and were heroes to the gen pop. (I have a whole post about my crow thoughts, especially in contrast to Tevinter Nights). I liked that they carried over the lore that was revealed in the comics back in 2012 with the different races the crows hired as well as that they did employ mages regularly. Which I enjoyed seeing that resurface in datv.

AND THE MASSIVE DEEPSTALKERS. I'm so glad to have seen that come back after dai made them so tiny. Not only that, but they brought back the tiers and played around with the visuals.

And the Anderfels lore they pulled forward from dao with the sands and such. As well as the mystic jungle that is the Donarks and how it is a possible origin for a variety of Thedas fauna, but also a nod to griffons potentially being from Seheron jungles as suggested in some lore prior to their semi-domestication through the Grey Wardens and the Anderfels.

I'll probably add to this later but that's what came to mind as I was working on something else.

foolish of me to expect the never makes sense show to make sense but this would place abbytommy break up pretty much right when tommy left the 118, yeah? they were engaged two years but hen or chim had never met her, even in passing? nor did abby mention her ex having worked at the 118 until only a year ago when she started dating buck?

I've seen people discourse about Sauron/Melkor; namely, their dynamic, with some frustrated with how fluffy the fanworks can be, and others upset at how often people interpret the ship as toxic or abusive. I'm pretty surprised by this, because I've always felt that this ship runs on fumes. In terms of canon, there's basically nothing about how the two of them act around each other. Neither of them really has much personality at all in canon beyond "Evil™". If we're only going by Tolkien's writings, the ship isn't much more than the suggestion of a concept: "Dark Lord and his lieutenant". There's a lot that can be done with that dynamic, and everyone's interpretation is going to differ a little (or a lot!) I've always loved seeing the different interpretations of the pairing, because it shows how vastly creative the fandom is.

In the end, we're all just playing pretend with the OCs of a dead Catholic. Let's have fun with it!!

Honestly, a Stranger Things / TKK3 / Cobra Kai AU where Terry Silver is either a demon from the Upside down wearing a handsome, seductive human form, or where he uses Dynatox to lowkey dabble in some very unethical nd strange science and experiments on people that ends up with him deliberately being possessed by said demon in order to make himself more power is an interesting concept.👀
