Imagine a world where Derek Hale goes back to New York and moves back in with his old roommate Matt Murdock. They used to be super close and Matt once dated Laura for about 2.5 minutes, but they were still close.
Imagine Stiles showing up at Derek’s doorstep because he misses that grumpy face, and he’s all jealous that he was left in Beacon Hills while Derek was hanging out with people Stiles didn’t know existed. Jealous!Stiles tries to find dirt on Matt, but only finds out that Derek and Matt are co-vigilantes, which only makes him more jealous.
Until one day Matt takes him aside and they have a long chat about Derek and feelings. Matt disappears when Derek comes back and Stiles doesn’t actually say a lot. But sometimes mouths speak without words, and fuck, does Derek’s mouth have a lot to say to Stiles’, whispered urgently against open mouth, telling of everything lovely in the world.
