Another person who shares your opinion! Even though I like dark stuff like Yandere, I still wanna be praised and treated nicely. Like, sure, dirty talk is fine, but be loving about it. To each their own, no kink shaming intended, but my self esteem is through the floor, I can't understand how or why people would wanna be called disgusting or ugly.

I think (and i could be very wrong) that degradation, like any kink you may have, is just something you find therapeutic. Whatever gets you into that headspace, y’know? I’ve heard that it’s like a coping mechanism for many, so it’s totally understandable.

I’m in the same boat as you, my self esteem is really bad and in that kind of situation it would really mess me up to be degraded. So naturally, I have the BIGGEST praise kink. Only thing is I suck at responding to praise and compliments in general....
