BMW I8 Roadster
"I was out to capture a sunset when I saw this hybrid supercar parked on the roadside. The owner was making a quick phonecall, but was totally fine with me taking pictures of his pride and joy. Now, I love nature above all, and thus I no longer love cars as I once used to. But I make an exception for this hybrid car, since it at least signals a change of ideology. And I totally love those lines - it looks futuristic as much as aerodynamic, and it could totally be a boys bedroom poster! I was never going to share this series, as at the time I was still hugely inexperienced and as a result, most of these pictures failed. But I recently found them while browsing the archive, and applied my new raw editing skills to them. Now I think they look very good - given that they were taken in a 5 minute timeframe, on the roadside and without any experience in car photography. "
