FUCK IA FUCK GOOGLE
Since they are trying to shoehorn IA into Gdrive services GSheets is not functional anymore. The "conditional formating" other pop up menus are unreliable features because they are trying to implement auto ia feature to assist in basic data referencing tasks. It's ugly and doesn't work and worse, it isn't CTRL+Z compatible. I hate google, I hate big tech, I hate IA. ALSO open office is lagggy af on my machine and doesn't have cloud services or, most importantly, auto grid resizing. So it's not an option. It would be quicker to code spreadsheets in a game engine or to try to learn SQL
