New kicks and my first time purchasing special insoles. Chris at @fleetfeetmobile spent about 2 hours with me discussing my pain issue with my right knee, the different ways I exercise and run and how often I am doing it, watching me run and helping with suggestions to alleviate my pain. I Am Currently Finding Myself

Sitting here, wondering how l got here...not literally, but emotionally. I thought if l write about it, maybe it would help put my thoughts and emotions in order.It's not one particular thing that's happened, or been said that has led to this ... its just everything in general. I don't want to hear that at my age blah, blah. Everyone is different and has different views. Looking it at my life, l suppose you would think I'm doing good, l get on with it... But deep down, deep inside, l am hurting.... so deep, even l don't really know what it is.The deepness needs to be explored and conquered, in order to move on...
