Not pregnant, just bloated 🤷🏼‍♀️ Just the reality of living with IBS over here. I could’ve let it stop me from dressing up and going out to enjoy the sunshine the other day. Instead I said “f*ck it” and went out to frolic in my comfy, floaty dress. And you know what? The sunshine, a little exercise, and a whole lot of positivity, actually really helped my IBS pain. I had forgotten how terrible gastroenteritis is. Even though I’m much better compared to how I felt yesterday I still wouldn’t mind being hit by a bus.  Being sick is almost the worst.  The actual worst is know how gastroenteritis is passed along and being super upset.
