I don’t recall doing anything particularly abs-focused at Shock Army auditions on Friday night, but I definitely started feeling sore after tryouts and it’s gotten worse. Thanks DOMS, you suck! (DOMS = Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) The soreness is more on the middle part in addition to the usual upper sides. My arms, neck, and shoulders are sore too, in addition to the tops of my feet.
