Nearby to M90 is an irregular galaxy IC 3583 (right). In this deep image, you can see some of the shells and filamentary structure between the two galaxies. This pairing might be only temporary. M90 is currently moving towards us at about 850,000 mph while IC 3583 is moving away from us at 2.5 million mph.
It is unlikely that they'll remain close together and continue to interact. Instead, they'll only have this brief flirtation.
