“It’s nice to see you both again. Anything else that you would like to me do for her?” asked the bluenette.
Light was a student at one of the local schools. One day she happened to cross paths with the two parents that were shopping. They happened to see Light helping a child who was lost within the store. Once Light reunited the child with their parents, the couple approached her which then lead to this moment. Light loved kids since she herself would act like one sometimes. When they had asked her to babysit their child, Light was hesitant at first but then decided to accept the offer.
“Mhm….mhm…ok. Well you can leave the rest to me. I’ll do my utmost best.” said Light with a nod.
Light tilts her head and notices a tiny figure holding a pillow tightly. The figure quickly hides but Light continues to stare with a question make above her head. Was that their child, the one named Asta? She seemed rather shy but for a child her age, Light could somewhat understand the child’s reaction.
“I hope she likes me.” thought Light as she looks back at the parents.
“We apologize that this at last minute to ask this favor for you. You help us once before when Asta she was lost in the busy street. Even more that you must be busy with your personal life. We cannot expressed how thankful we are that you accepted it. Don’t worry for Elpida, she is fast asleep so she won’t be walking up anytime soon Asta though on the hand gotten frighten when we told her that a baby sitter is coming.”
“Don’t worry that she seem to not like you, she just naturally timid around new people, even when my mother came over, Asta couldn’t stop crying because she was so scare. I doubt she will cause trouble but try not leaving her alone since will even cry more. Don’t worry, she will take some time but she will warm up. She really enjoy bed time stories.”
“Thank you so much and promise to pay you in fancy for make up of asking the last moment. I sure the two of you will become great friend. Do you have question before we must take our leave?”
