GPP Part 4: Drawings

Since I realized that I can’t be descriptive for the life of me, I decided I should post some of the drawings of my version of ladybug Marinette and my akuma, Miss Behave.

Honestly, I chose Miss Bustier to be an Akuma because she seemed like an obvious choice and I had already decided on the name. Not to mention she reminds me of this teacher I had in 9th grade who did not like me, her classes often sucked the life out of me kind of like a vampire. Hence the bat/vampiric theme. Miss Behave had 3 original designs for her akuma form, the first one was based off the perfectionist from Courage the Cowardly Dog, second was Dean Hardscrabble from Monsters University mixed with Miss Bustier, the third was sort of inspired by Ms.Trunchbull. I just really wanted to draw the bat mask. The color schemes came when I was writing, and the thought of “Jokerbat” appeared. But in the end I combined them and came up with the final design. Honestly I love the final design and I’m really proud of how it all came out.

Here she is Marinette Dolly Levi as Dot! Her name was originally gonna be Dottie but then I rewatched Bug’s life and come on, the name Dot is cute and it fit her much better than Dottie. Also it sounded a bit too much like Dolly. Also, also as much as I love this drawing that Marinette flipping her hair is cursed. the outfit and everything else was perfect, then I messed up on her face. It’s just cursed. Also Mari and Tikki dialogue was never written, but it’s like this: 

Mari: So what do you think? I made that outfit for a doll about your size and-

Tikki: I love it!

Mari: I-I..Thank you

Drawings for Gotham’s Puppet Princess

This is what I was drawing initially when the idea of Gotham’s Puppet Princess came to me. It was originally gonna be for an oc of mine, but then I colored the bunny and gave the baby freckles

After seeing that I realized I drew a baby version of Mari with the equivalent of the Joker Bunny. Then after writing GPP, I drew some more:

Six year old Mari seeing her mom again after Harley was gone in Arkham for two months. I realize the eye shadow was a poor choice.

Nine year old Mari planning a night on the town with her boys, they made it to the door of the hideout until a henchman caught them. In case you can’t read the text: Bud! Lou! We’re busting outta here!

Twelve year old Mari as Marionette, when she just debuted in the villain world. Then a year later after she had become Joker’s official sidekick, and was now the Puppet Princess.

Honestly, I’m really proud of how her eyes came out in every drawing. Sorry my handwriting is so bad.😂

Red Lantern Marinette

After reading @cornholio4 ‘s Red Lantern Prompt, I had to draw it! So I did!

Really proud with some elements of them, other aspects not so much. 😂

Also because why the heck not. I drew detransformed Mari and detransformed Dex-Starr.
