I got inspired by Arin ribbing Dan over his controller skills, drew this up, then watched the Little Nemo movie for the first time as an adult. And something occurred to me... The Nightmare King's oozing miasma behind the locked door is the result of the fridge-pie that Nemo wasn’t supposed to eat before bed! He’s sleeping with an upset stomach! Acid reflux! Night-eating gives him scary dreams of powerlessness! Where’s a Barry hug when you need one??
