relating to all the berzatto siblings should be considered as a diagnosis for at least three mental illnesses.
the specific mom moment in ice chips where donna is stressing natalie the fuck out and telling her she's calming her down ... uncomfortably relatable
interesting that natalie called syd before her own brother when she went into labor
Donna’s birth storiesbeing analogies for their mental health and relationship with Donna….

I know we're all talking about "Napkins" and we should, it's an incredible episode and Ayo knocked it out of the park but please, PLEASE, can we give "Ice Chips" its due respect? And not just because the acting is incredible. It's so tightly scripted. "Nothing" happens, it's just a mother and a daughter talking in the delivery room and it's EVERYTHING to me. It made me sob so hard. When Nat says "I don't want to be you", a knife goes through my heart. It's such an incredible episode and definitely in the top 5 episodes of the entire show and I will die on this hill.
Ummmmm kudos to the ENTIRE production team for the MOST REALISTIC PORTRAYAL of labor I have ever seen on TV. The PTSD was real on that one (two women writers on this episode which does not shock me in the slightest, I know they put their whole bodies into that one).
