These Strawberries & Cream Ice Box Bars are a tasty treat that's great for any event. A dessert with layers of sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream, fresh strawberries, and a buttery graham cracker crust that tastes great and is good for you. It's also simple to make them and enjoy them!
Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries, chopped. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 1/2 cups heavy cream. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted. Fresh strawberries, for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix chopped strawberries with sugar. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined. In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a lined square pan to form the crust. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust. Spoon half of the strawberries over the cream layer. Repeat with remaining cream mixture and strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm. Slice into bars, garnish with fresh strawberries if desired, and serve.
