"where did you get that thing?" (Reverse)
My muse has a deep wound on their cheek and your muse notices it. Send me “where did you get that thing?” to see my muses reaction
She had seen him bloodily and injured before, but that had been in battle. His cheek was red, slightly swollen with a gash that hadn’t quite scabbed over – but had stopped bleeding. Doubling back to catch him, her hand landed on his shoulder, thumb and forefinger grasping his chin to force him to turn his annoyed glare upwards towards her. He didn’t fight her when she turned his injured cheek towards her so she could better inspect the injury, but she knew he was irritated.
“…What did you do…” She doubted he’d offer an explanation, but she didn’t really care to hear it at the moment. She was more concerned with getting his cheek properly tended to than hearing him dismiss her concerns as her simply babying him. Sighing softly, she released his from her grasp, crossing the office without another word to wet a washcloth from the small kitchenette in the corner. She rummaged through the drawers to search for their standard first-aid kit before shutting off the water, wringing out the cloth and returning to his side.
“Sit. I’m taking care of that wound of yours.” Suggesting he head to the Fourth would only cause her to be lectured as to how he didn’t have the time, and how she didn’t need to make such a fuss over him – that it was nothing for her to worry about. So, she didn’t bother wasting her breath. Instead, without so much as a warning she placed the damp cloth against his bloodied cheek. She grasped his hand, raising it to hold the wet washcloth against his cheek while she rummaged through the first-aid kit for what she needed. Taking over once more, she set the washcloth aside, dried his cheek before applying a salve to help heal and protect his wound. A little gauze and some bandages and he was all patched up.
Smiling gently as she shut the first-aid kit, she inspected her handiwork. “Leave that on today and when you go home tonight replace the bandage and you should be as good as new soon.”
