Create a fun and interactive ice cream experience perfect for back-to-school celebrations with this chalkboard-inspired ice cream recipe. Decorate your ice cream container with colorful chalk markers to add a playful touch to your dessert presentation.
Ingredients: 1 cup heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Assorted pastel chalk markers food-safe.
Instructions: Heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a bowl. Stir the mixture with a whisk until the sugar is gone and it's smooth. Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machine's directions until it's the consistency of soft serve. Put the ice cream that has been churned into a container that can go in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until it is firm. Use the pastel chalk markers to make the container unique by drawing pictures or writing messages on it after the ice cream is frozen.
