We asked Tim, the 3rd AD on the set of Heartland, a few questions about Amber! See how well he did!
In Canada we call that an Iced Cap(p).
Would this be called an Iced cap as well?
Homemade Iced Capp (Tim's knock off, but better)
Ingredients:
⅛ cup hot water
2 Tbsp instant coffee granules
1-2 Tbsp sugar, to taste (I find 1 to be more than enough)
8-10 ice cubes
½ cup chocolate milk (I use chocolate syrup in regular milk and make it extra chocolatey)
¼ cup cream
Directions:
Mix hot water and instant coffee in a small bowl until dissolved. Pour into a blender.
Add sugar, ice cubes and chocolate milk and blend until frothy. Add in cream, blend until creamy.
Pour into a glass & serve with a straw.
Tbh I just dump everything into the cup for my Ninja blender and go from there. I like this better than Timmy's because I can customise sweetness and coffee strength.
