Story : It's an ice horse. This people are basically crystal ponies who had to isolate themselves to survive. By living in cold and hostile places, they developed an affinity with local crystals, to the point of having descendants who are born with ice crystals as part of them. Here, Iceking is the king of this people. Cold and authoritarian, he rules firmly, without being too severe. He is not a true alicorn. Ice crystals grant powers related to cold, snow or ice, but not unicorn magic.
