1) you started the post by @-ing me, and then used ‘you’ throughout the entire post, and talked about that ‘you’ as someone fully able-bodied (well, as someone fully abled, really, bc you referenced kinds of functioning that are affected by mental disability too). it wasn’t an illogical assumption to read it as you assuming that i’m able-bodied.

2) ‘mental disability isnt the same as physical disability’ i’m not sure of the relevance of that to anything i said because. i’m both. so.

3) i didn’t say i didn’t read it, i said i wasn’t justifying it with a proper response - ie, that i wasn’t going to go through it and fully respond to everything

4) i’m not even kin with any physically disabled characters anyway jfc i’m just a physically disabled person (+ mentally disabled + abuse survivor + etc) who doesn’t agree with policing who people can and can’t be kin with because that’s not how being kin works?

“I’m sorry…” Iiliit muttered into Erik’s chest, clenchingtightly onto his shirt. She regretted ever getting bit, but, it was either heror him. She didn’t want it to be him.

He held onto her tightly, his eyes on the ceiling as hetried his best not to show how he was feeling. He didn’t want his sister to seehim cry. Erik had only wished it was him that sacrificed himself for her. Thatwas how it had always been and how he wanted to keep it. She didn’t deserve todie. No, he didn’t want her to leave him. She was all he had left.

It was hard to control his emotions; he could feel his bodyshaking as he contemplated what would happen next. He knew what would happennext, his sister wouldn’t be herself anymore. She would be one of them.

If he didn’t do something, she would bite into his shoulder.Both of them would be infected then, neither would survive.

The next words out of her mouth only pained him further.

“Kill me…Kill me before I turn. Please, I can’t hurt you.Erik.” She begged and pleaded with him quietly, looking up at him with sad eyesnow. He couldn’t look, he just shook his head. He wanted her to stop talking,to just stop. He wouldn’t ever hurt her let alone murder her. Not his ownsister.

“Kill…” He put his hand over her mouth, tears finally makingtheir way down his pale face, “Don’t…Don’t say it. Don’t. Iil.”

All of a sudden her eyes widened, she lowered her head, writhingwith pain. The next moment was one Erik didn’t even fight. He knew he was goingto be his sister’s next meal and he accepted his fate.

He died knowing he would never hurt her and keeping his word.

also to add onto cushioning autism with the word aspengers; it literally is used by (typically) white parents and was quite literally invented by white parents who refused to accept the fact that their child was autistic so they needed a new word that made them "special yet smart" and "not like /autistic/ people" hence why aspengers was made and hence why it is now removed.

white *wealthy* parents, the ppl who can afford to have their kids inflicted with expensive examinations and “therapies” to make the “autism go away”...and basically yeah!

It’s just not a good name at all. and I have every right to request people not to tag my stuff with it. However, responses like this are not uncommon. People care more for their tagging system of ‘human names’ than the request of the original poster :/ go figure
