looking back at ff7's og i noticed how in Crisis Core you never encounter any frogs enemies that could turn you into a frog, which i thought was funny since Zack was from the region with the most "frogs turn you into frogs" monsters

but it's just now hitting me that still, in Crisis Core, Zack meets quite a few monsters that CAN inflict frog (from the serpent like thingy to the fucking Malboro monster), yet for limitation reasons Zack never turns into a frog. (despite scaring the fuck out of me and making those two enemies i hate so bad </3)

which is just furthering my theory that Gongaga-nian are just built different. Their city is surrounded by frogs turning you into frogs and they got immune. makes sense by me.
