[Image description: The First, The Second, and The Third on a dark background. Bruce and Kudo stand with Yoichi in their arms. Kudo faces left, one hand resting gently in Yoichi's hair as he cradles him against his chest. Bruce's eyes are downcast, only half his face visible behind Kudo. Their hands overlap around Yoichi, who stares out at the viewer with piercing eyes. From Yoichi, spilling out from between Bruce and Kudo's fingers are beams of light, multicolored. Graphic halo designs in their vestige color circle each of their heads. End description.]

6) AFO gets pissed because he thinks he did it on purpose
7) Yoichi worries for Second’s safety after seeing a vision of the destroyed ship

how do second and third view afo and yoichi's relationship? we know that yoichi in the undone and the divine confessed his "sins" to them but did they believe him when he said that afo was his first love and that he was the one who initiated the inappropriate stage of their relationship? considering how afo treats yoichi currently, I'm questioning if they didn't think yoichi had stockholme syndrome or had been manipulated since childhood rather than that it was true love like he insisted. also what happens after the end? did afo keep second and third alive as a form of twisted revenge and to control yoichi or did he kill them off after they had seen what they were meant to see? is yoichi truly broken or will he fight back?
The ultimate answer to that is: it's complicated.
The Undone & The Divine isn't really canon compliant—or at least I didn't make it to be. It's very much an AFO Wins AU. The author's note at the top kinda tells you what I was going for (All For One gets what he wants from Yoichi by fucking it out of him, and what he wants is his submission and compliance).
So what happens afterward is that Yoichi gets put in a new, bigger, prettier vault (imagine Rapunzel's tower but with more books and like,,,priceless metals and gems) with Kenzou and Shuzo in a separate wing of it that Yoichi can only access through All For One. All For One keeps them alive because they keep Yoichi compliant and relatively happy—something that he hates to admit that he can't do by himself anymore. But hey, Yoichi doesn't try to nerf himself like he did in the last vault, so it works! :D
(Though he doesn't let them do anything romantic—most they can do is hug and have tea together. As soon as Yoichi starts looking at Kenzou or Shuzo like he wants to kiss them or he tries to hold their hand, visiting privileges get revoked for a week :/ AFO will do anything to keep Yoichi alive, but he's still a very jealous man.)
Yoichi, in this verse, has very much taken up the mantra that Ignorance Is Bliss. He knows what AFO is doing, he knows that he should still be out there trying to stop it, but he's...well, he's been defeated. There's nothing he can do but try to subtly influence his brother through pillow talk, and he can only do that with the little information he has on the outside world. He makes all the things he wants in their New World—no Quirk discrimination, fair taxes, no less murder—sound like a Amazon wish list instead of a moral standing. Ironically, this actually means Yoichi has far more sway over All For One's actions than he would've if he was still being defiant and openly opposing him. And then, when All For One has complete control over an area, Yoichi gets to go explore it. His map of "places Yoichi is allowed to go" is rapidly expanding. Yoichi tries not to think about it.
As for how Kenzou and Shuzo feel about all of...that; Yoichi told them about him and AFO pretty early. It came out during one of his "I can't kill him he wasn't always like this" spiels (the ones that eventually petered out the more Yoichi learned about his brother's criminal empire). Shuzo is asexual, sex-repulsed, so he doesn't really,,,get it? He doesn't feel any disgust, he's just sad that Yoichi went through something so painful. He knows what it's like to have someone you love suddenly turn on you. Kenzou is far more disgusted by it, but it's not directed at Yoichi. He's, uh, unsettled by Yoichi's admittance that it was originally consensual and (mostly) his idea, but he's seen people do far worse shit for far worse reasons. Plus he tends to put all the blame on All For One anyway, just because when it's between someone you love and someone you hate, you're going to blame the person you hate.
However, as the years pass and they all get to see the world All For One (with Yoichi's whispered guidance) creates, Kenzou is the one to switch sides first. And I don't mean switch sides as in he's suddenly on Team All For One Go Villainy!, I mean that he starts to,,,agree with All For One's ideals. Yeah the dictatorship sucks, but...no one's fighting. The riots are over. The government isn't killing people for existing anymore. The world is as peaceful as it can get. Kenzou's adaptable. Yoichi and Shuzo will probably always hold that discontentment, that sorrow and guilt in their chests, but Kenzou won't. He'll be the one that eventually gets over it.
He'll never like All For One, but he's definitely the only one that would ever (silently) think that maybe a firm hand is what the world needed.
