OC REVIEW - CP OC - KONA ZE

Hello fellow oc creator :D 

So this is my first oc review ever and it might not be the best. Like my account name says that Im not a professional reviewer. Im just a amateur that want to improve.

I will begin with the bio. 

Bio: Kimberly Small was possessed by a demon only referred to as ‘Grim Water’ when she was very young.

Good start. I don´t think I have seen so many creepypasta ocs that are possessed by a demon. Really coming to think about I haven´t seen it really before. That´s weird, you should think that the creepypasta fandom should have more demons and demons possessed ocs. Someone need to go out and do more demon possessed cp ocs, do it xD 

When she had turned fourteen years old her uncle Dan and her Aunt Emma has taken her on a camping trip in the woodlands Wisconsin.

What about her parents?

During the first week Kimberly started to act strange and started to talk to the trees around the cabin the group had stayed in. And soon other strange things started to happen to Emma and Dan, they started to hear voices that sounded like Kimberly, having hallucinations of a mysterious figure in the cabin, and waking up in positions like they were trying to either kill each other or themselves. Little did they know that was the demons distraction as he started to turn Kimberly into a monstrous killer.

I like the story so far. Little bit cabin in the woods mixed with evil dead and any exorcism movie out there. 

Kimberly’s teeth where sharpened and her eyes turned a bright green, and she proceeded to kill anything that was near her, she couldn’t control herself any longer, the demon had taken over completely and renamed his new ‘Key Holder’ Kona Ze.

That explained her name. 

Years into the future, when Kona was about twenty three, she met a young woman named Bree Robinson. Bree was a journalist in training and she was on the hunt for a new story. About an unknown serial killer near her town of La Crosse. Sadly, Bree was too stupid to realize she was talking to the real serial killer. Kona’s human side (aka the voice of Kimberly) had begged not to kill another person despite the fact that demon was in total control,the human side of Kona Ze was still alive. During their time together, they both meet a strange man that had a same looks as Kona, grey skin, black, but wearing nothing but black and red. He introduced himself as Meta Le. And he explains how he was the ‘Gatekeeper’ and how him and Kona where the sources to rebirthing the anti-christ.

Like where this is going :D I´m a huge junkie when it comes to demons and anti-christ. I can see probably where you got the inspiration for the story. If I only remembered what that movies name was. It similar to the movie but still not completely rip-off. 

Ironically, Kona kills Meta, showing that she doesn’t want to be a toy used to create a more powerful being, she just wanted to kill and eat people on her own. And then she attempts to kill Bree but runs way before finishing the job.

I should like to know if Kona had gotten any emotion for Bree or that Bree began to kind of "melt" the demons heart or it doesn´t make so much sense. She can kill someone with equal power to her, but not a little human and I think that a human should´t be able to run away from a demon. 

After Bree comes out of the hospital she starts losing her mind and starts think that she can “save the world” by sending Kona to Hell. And she does just that, and summons her own demon by using a satanic ritual. And three weeks later she finds Kona and chases her into the woods before cornering her. And soon hands come out of the ground and start dragging Kona to the fiery pits of Hell and dies. But then Bree passes out, the shock collapsing her. But soon whispers can be heard and the soul of Kimberly and Grim Water had formed into one and consumed Bree’s body. And Kona is reborn into the world, where she continues her killing ways. 

Okay, what I can get is that Kona and Bree become one and then Kona gets reborn. 

The story was okay, in my opinion. I don´t think is great, but it more about my taste than anything else and I would like to see Kona or Kimberly get a relation with Bree. Not a romantic, but something that kind of saves Bree from being killed. I also wonder why didn´t Kona become the "key" to the rebirth of anti-christ. I know that you gave me some reason why, but I feel like it still doesn´t make that much sense. It feel like the demons in this story should be this kind of typical demons and typical demons do help satan. They want him to succeed, so I can´t see a reason why Kona shouldn´t want that. Not like she could kill people after anti-christ was born. Well, is just something minor and I will not let that little thing get away for the oc. 

I also one thing more. This bio sound more like something for a horror movie than a creepypasta. Yeah, I know creepypasta, horror, tomato , tomato. But this story right now feel like a horror movie and it feel like I have seen it before. There are some new things to it, but the story it self are kind of basic. But hey, there I have heard a lot of worst stories, it could be worse. 

Powers/Weapons: Kona’s main weapons are her machete and her sharp teeth. She also has supernatural abilities because of Grim Water. Mainly being super speed and strength. Though these powers are rarely used unless triggered 

I should actually drop the machete. That just my opinion. But I think If you want to do a classic demon possessed person and a classic demon. I feel like she should only use her supernatural powers. Because the demon is in control, I think it would more likely use there supernatural power. But maybe this aren´t suppose to be a classical demon, but this is most something I personally think, I think that demons that are more inspired by asian culture should have weapons and more christian/Abraham ethical inspired demons should not. That just my personal preference and you can disagree on that, but I think it kind of kills the style the story are a little bit setting. 

I would also want to get a little bit more info about her. In the story or backstory it sound like the only thing she like is killing. So why does she like dolls and alcohol or broken glass for that mater. I can understand the other, but right now the other ones doesn´t make sense. AND WHY DOES SHE DISLIKE GREEN? I wonder just why? I would like to know that when it comes to her outfit her colors are green and black, so why wear a color that you don´t like. Sorry, I just don´t understand that part. 

Now at last her looks. First, why have green a big part of her color palette. The green eyes I can understand, because we can not choose our eye color, but the rest of the outfit? 

Anyway the outfit are okay, but I personally would like it be more worked on. I kind of seen that style before and It even feel like I have seen that outfit before. But than thinking of the creator age is actually kind of understandable. I kind of did designs like that in her age too, kind of this typical emo/goth style. I would like the creator to maybe redesign some things. It maybe to much like the creators other oc Kar Thron. Just remind me to much of that oc´s style. When you create ocs I would give you the tips to mix with different styles and it would hurt to make variation. Even I can be blamed to not variety my ocs style that much and Im not alone. Most artist tend to stick to the same style, but if you want to create a army of oc try to variety both in there styles and personality. 

So to sum up. This is a good oc, but it could use some work to become even better. I think both the story and the oc could be even greater with some work on it.
