Ideal Me & Real Me

There’s a version of me who wants to be cool, and a version of me who just wants to stay warm and kind.

But at the end, being respectful comes first— so yes, I usually end up sounding cute.

English nuances are still hard for me, so I’m still figuring out what kind of English really fits me.

The other day I asked a Tumblr friend of native speaker, “Hey, how does my English sound to you?” and the person said, “Like a hype man!”

That honestly made my day— so yes, that’s the energy I want to bring.

Trans awareness month is almost over but trans awareness itself shouldn't be. Remember that we exist and that trans people worldwide still face discrimination, bigotry, and violence. Stand up to this hatred, and know it when you see it. On a lighter note, also be aware that this trans person is on that HRT wait list because yay and that she enjoys hugs immensely. I wanted to draw something for this month, so I drew two things but the one I wanted to share here was a Chelfie, since that's sorta how most people became aware of my identity and it's how I sorta reclaimed it for myself. It was my friend @asteampunkhufflepuff who had the brilliant idea of making it the outfit from when I went to Klinic to be put on the list, so like, double whammy. Share the love everyone!
