Trauma is so fucking annoying, I hate how I gotta be an asshole sometimes because simple things that shouldn't trigger me do.

Everyone sees "please be careful discussing abuse around me" as reasonable, but how do I tell someone them trying to convince me a show is worth my time when I said it doesn't really sound like my thing is actually rly upsetting because it invokes feelings of being pressured in other ways...? They didn't mean to cause harm, couldn't have known...but...ugh.
