I kinda need help with something

Ok, guys, so I recently started Drama class for my mandatory freshmen arts rotation. I have, like, ZERO confidence. A chicken nugget has more confidence than me. Today, we had to do a thing and I was so stressed and unconfortable the whole time. Can anyone give me any tips to handle this? Or if you were in a similar situation? Idek i just can't even. Idek how I'm gonna survive this quarter. Please don't say "just do it" or "get over it" or "fake it" or something vague because it won't work.
