If you were a historical figure you'd definitely be a poet and you seem like a social activist so I'm gonna say in a past life you were a poet/activist during the beat movement
This suits me well! Let me think... I, as Joan, was born in 1951, a tad late in the game to have gotten into that, unless I was quite precocious, even though the sound of it is something quite atrocious by 1964. Looking back, I see that a lot of the beat poets were born in the ‘20s and ‘30s. But that was my folks’ period, and they were still very much into that, so I can identify with that whole movement. If this were a past life, it was my parents’ generation, give or take.
I’m somewhat of an online activist, but with my social anxiety I am not active in public places in meatspace. But I do like to promote kindness and acceptance, and point out wicked, smallminded people when I can, and raise awareness in whatever way I may. Perhaps I should try some beat poetry and post it for you!
