#IDHR finally released the model training program all #Ilinois #Employers are still expected to train all #employees on #sexualharassment prevention no later than 12/31/20. We had hoped the #governor would give employers an extension amid #covid19 #pandemic #crisis but that doesn’t seem to be the case. It’s a 35 page power point slide deck full of text.
