I think I finally figured out how to verbalize what I feel about the Stargate cancellation. I’m not angry that it was cancelled. I think that was probably for the best.
I’m angry that Amazon pushed the team so far that they felt it was better for it to be cancelled than to capitulate to studio demands.
The downside for all of us is that in Amazon’s quest for a “new giant audience” they will lose the existing one. So likely it is now or never.
