This fic singlehandedly made me fall in love with the couple while also breaking me apart when reading it (lol). Nonetheless, I never regret to do so as it will always be one of my favourite fics.

Idia and Azul desperately trying to one-up each other during the Board Game Club meeting because someone invited Riddle and they cannot look like fools in front of him. Azul is pulling out his stupid dice manipulation throws and Idia has seven calculators in front of him. They are determined to beat the other just for Riddle’s attention.

(Riddle forgets they’re even in this club and is instead clapping for the Heartslabyul first year that invited him to watch his tournament.)

Years later, they reunite at NRC, but Riddle is a completely different person now. And either way, Idia doesn’t want to reconnect. Because Riddle once called him his hero—and now Idia feels anything but

Part 2-Idia is terrible at this whole normie dating thing. There’s no walkthrough for real relationships. No quick save. No respawn point. Just Idia, his way too pretty and adorable boyfriend, and a series of increasingly unhinged attempts at dating.

Failed date ideas? Emotional meltdowns? Randomly pouncing on Riddle like a horny hentai protagonist? Yeah, he’s probably the worst boyfriend in all of Twisted Wonderland.

Meanwhile, Riddle is sure Idia is the best boyfriend anyone could ask for. One of them is right. (Spoiler: it’s not Idia.)

Opinion- AHHHH THIS HAS MY HEART

I know I say that about a lot of fics but this one is adorable in a rare pair type of way. The fact that it's so tragic in the beginning and gets adorable is amazing. The character development between the two is amazing and they both evolve from who they are originally.
