RIDDLE ROSEHEARTS

As soon as Riddle finds out what happened, his eyes widen in disbelief and he marches out of his room to save you from the dangerous, irresponsible hands of whoever is with you - especially if you are with the first years and they are not called Jack Howl.

His voice fades when he focuses on your fluffy tail or small ears, or on your adorable face; but he manages to mask his real thoughts under his usual expression and his tone is the usual while he turns and starts to walk away, to not let the facade crack in front of everyone. "Try to not be devoured too fast, herbivore. Remember you have a whole month ahead, and nothing to protect you with. Tsk..."

After, when the coast is clear and you are sitting on a tree trying to get a clue on what to do now, suddenly you feel a pair of hands grabbing you without any kindness, and you find yourself face to face with the lion, his eyes full of a light of irritation and scolding. "What's wrong with you... I thought you were wiser or at least smarter. Everyone can see you here and take advantage of you, and you don't even care, right? Come with me, it's clear you cannot survive out there all alone... and don't you dare to touch my braid with those paws, I won't warn you a second time."

He stays with you until the end of potionology class and doesn't lose his composure when Crewel reveals you will stay a month like this because he has to gather first the ingredients for the necessary reverse potion, and offers himself to be the one who takes care of you and assure your safety during this time; and at this point, the professor cannot do anything but assign him of this task.

Rook is a man of his word, and he carries everywhere the small beauty he freshly hunted fell in love with, showing you around like the most precious treasure in the world, taking care of your needs first - no need to go looking for food, you have Rook for it! -, sometimes even bringing you to the meetings with Vil, if there are no private or confidential matters to talk about.
