Question: are you shocked to see so many fans when you first came to taiwan? WB: i became happier after seeing so many fans. I hope to spend more happy moments tgt with my fans.

Ken: i can fix this communication problem between us. I have prepared some chinese lines, do you want to choose them? We can learn some chinese right now. *woobin choses* Okay, let’s see! Please look!

Woobin chose a card that says “you are sexy” and ken read it once. Woobin then pronounced it.

Ken: yes, you can tell this to the fans. Woobin repeats again. Ken: fans will get happier when they hear this.

Woobin choses another card that says “i am hungry!” Ken: sometimes we say this in our own dialect (hokkien) You shld memorize this. Are you hungry?

Woobin: *nods head immediately*

Ken: so yes, you have to say this. “I am hungry” in hokkien.

Woobin: repeats accordingly. Caption: so accurate! (Meaning he pronounced it accurately)

Ken: it means i am very hungry. Woobin repeats again. Ken: correct! Jinjja (asking if he is really hungry) Woobin: yeah! and he repeats “im hungry” in hokkien.

Ken: now our woobin is already hungry. Okay? So you can memorize this. When you are hungry, you can tell everyone “im hungry” (in hokkien). WB: repeats~~ Ken: when you say this out, fans will find that you are smart! (In the sense that he can speak so accurately) WB: repeats [caption: he is so busy till he hasnt eaten yet]

Ken: from what we understand about woobin, he debutted from modelling. You have never thought of acting in the first place right? WB: yeah.

Question: wanted to be a model originally but became an actor unexpectedly?

WB:At first, when i was model,my dream was to become someone who teaches modelling (a teacher). But during the process of modelling, i started to go for auditions for commercial filming. This dawned on me that i might need some acting skills, so i started to go for basic acting classes and met my first teacher. He has a great passion for acting, and he teaches me earnestly. And the effort that he gave to me attracted me. At first my dream was to become a model, but because of my teacher, i have a new dream. He also changed my life.

Ken: wow he is really a good teacher. A good teacher changes Kim Woo Bin. Since you liked modelling so much, and currently you have been doing a great job in terms of acting, between this two, which one do you like the most?

Question: between modelling and acting, what do you like the most?

WB: actually i didnt think of this. If i didnt become a model, i will not be standing here today. There will not be “kim woo bin” too. I will just be living my life called kim hyun joong. I dont wish to lose modelling. In terms of acting, i have put in lots of efforts too. Because i am currently unsure of what i want, so i am working hard at learning. So i would want to pursue both modelling and acting as they make me thankful.

Ken: so in the future, do you still wish to become a teacher for modelling? Question: hope to become a teacher to the hoobaes (juniors) and train them to be an outstanding artists? WB: compared to being a modelling teacher, i wish to understand things better. When i gain more experience in the future, i wish to have this kind of guidance to hoobaes. It will be a happy thing if i can train some outstanding artists too. After some time, i will gain more knowledge (at teaching) and i hope to share it with everyone. But it doesnt mean that i must become a teacher to teach ppl.

Ken: when i look at woobin, be it sitting down or standing, i feel that his posture are very nice. It feels like he is a professional model. WB: no no.

Ken: really, do you want to point out my sitting posture? I feel that i cant sit well. I dont know where to place my legs at.

WB: now, this posture is good. Ken: like this? this is okay? Laughs. Many models actually take lots of selca shots. Do you do that too?

Question: in love with taking selca because of the fans?

WB: actually i didnt like to take selca, but because of work, sometimes to prepare gifts for fans, we need to take selcas frequently. Because of this, i start to like it.

Ken: today, this is not a gift for you *waves a phone*. For the audiences, can you take a selca of yourself? Alright? Try it! I am prepared everything for you.

WB: this handphone is so big.

Ken: he is looking for a suitable lighting. Have you taken a shot yet? He is shy already. Okay, first step is to find suitable lighting. [Caption: such a professional]. Ken: Then make some adjustments (on hair etc). [Caption: awkward] Ken: have you taken it? Oh, not yet. I realised, when you are taking selca, you chose to take the right side profile over the left.

Question: do you think your right side profile looks better than your left one?

WB: i like my right side profile.

Ken: hmm, is it because your right side profile looks better?

WB: i think i look more photogenic with my right side profile.

Ken: so in order to be a model, you will have to face the mirror frequently.

WB: i think so too. Because we have to take photos frequently, like now in the set with the camera facing me, i show my right side profile more.

Ken: is my sitting posture okay? WB: very handsome.

Ken: okay, for a good actor, you have to be able to memorize script lines right?

Ken: 3, 2, 1! WB: “eat more, transfer student!” Ken: lets give him a round of applause! A feeling came back, as though i am watching it. WB: did you watch it too?

Ken: yes. Kim Woo Bin has a lot of thoughts and he is an earnest actor. As a model, he is also working very hard to go forward. In the future, will you work more towards hosting too? Because in the press conference, woobin said that he still wants to continue hosting a programme.

Caption: if there is a chance, want to host again?

WB: actually i dont want to become a host, but if there is a chance, i will not reject it. If there is a suitable programme which works similarly to what i have in mind and i can be the host, it will be helpful to me. As long as it is a programme that is beneficial to both parties (him and the programme), i can take up the job as a host. But it doesnt mean that i want to be a host.

Wb: can you repeat once more?
