I have been working on myself a lot lately, and yes while I am working out and doing the physical, I am also becoming happier mentally. At first, I was doing it wrong. I was working out and forgetting the mental part is the most important. Being happy isn’t having the best life according to society standards or being better than someone. It’s not comparing my life to yours. Being happy means thinking positive, making my goals into a reality, being ME FOR ME, being grateful for what I have, knowing and being proud that I’m working so hard to turn goals into reality. This journey wasn’t something I envisioned a month ago, but I’m so glad I’m on it. My health isn’t just physical, it’s also mental, and just waking up to start my positive mantra has relieved the pressure.
